Five stars across the board! This particular Menchie's is kept super-clean inside and out, which impressed me immediately. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous regardless of who's working. Even Menchie himself made an appearance keeping all the kids (and adults) entertained. While the inside is smaller in scale to other locations, the outdoor patio offers plenty of room. The Fro-Yo is the best around and they shake it up with different toppings each time. All the topping bins are full with fresh product too! So, let's sum it up...GREAT Fro-Yo, fresh product, friendly staff and super-clean facilities. 5

Just the typical frozen yogurt experience elevated by popping bobba and fruity pebble toppings. Unfortunately the parking here is a nightmare, the place is usually in disarray, and its usually swarming with the annoying teenagers who created the mess.

Great wraps . Very healthy and the choice is abundant. I prefer the pb&g wrap. The smoothies are varied with a lot of healthy choices . We enjoy coming here as often as we can.

Typical DIY froyo place with good flavors and a great selection of toppings. The nephew requested this instead of a cupcake for his birthday so that's how we ended up there on a blustery January day. Pricing was comparable to similar places. Selection of toppings seemed heavier on cookies and candy and less on fruit. Salted caramel sauce is amazing.

I cannot get enough of Menchie's! I fell in love with the Fairlawn location, and was thrilled when one opened on The Strip. A bit crowded with high school kids, but SO worth it for the delicious froyo! Menchie's is pay-by-the-ounce, with tons of flavor options, candies, and fresh toppings. I love the wide range of fruit available, and the mochi are delicious on top of froyo. It's fun going around the holidays when lots of the seasonal flavors come in (pumpkin, peppermint, eggnog, etc.). Red velvet and cookies and cream are always great staples. Although a bit corny, it is completely worth getting a Menchie's Rewards card to earn free cash rewards (and birthday rewards)!

Finally some froyo in Canton and it's good! Took my nephews today for their first hit of froyo crack. First stop is to get your sample cups from the cashier. Ours was too busy hitting on one of the many college-aged girls in the place to pay attention to us. After a few minutes someone else came over and gave us some cups to try one or more of the yogurts on tap. That's right there are about ten different flavors (give or take). Today we had banana, cheesecake, chocolate, vanilla, red velvet, mango, tart green apple, and more to choose from. Imagine the possibilities! Once you've found your favorite load up your cup. Just remember you're paying by the ounce (.45) for your creations. My 13 year old nephew managed to fill up his dish with almost 20 oz of yogurt, yea, expensive. Final stop is the toppings bar, everything from cereal, nuts choco chips to granola and syrups. You can make serious masterpieces in this place! I got the green apple tart and topped it with caramel sauce and nuts. So yum! Other than the typical teenage worker behind the yogurt bar it was a stellar experience. But I'm so happy to have froyo back in my life I'm going to give it five stars. I will not miss the Coldstone Creamery that used to occupy this space! I will be back, lots!

Tasty. Fast. Paying by weight can sneak up on ya, btw. Decent selection of flavors. Unlike a lot of "FroYo" (see what I did there?) joints, there is no weird aftertaste.

When it opened, it was the only fro yo place in miiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiles, which made it delicious and exciting. Now that more are popping up, I've gotta say, it could be doing better. The fruit I had was stale and the yogurt was extra runny. Could have been an off day, it happens. Overall just slightly disappointing.

I didn't really have any expectations when I went here and I have to say I love this place. I went with some friends on a Friday night which was not a good night to go. The line stretched outside the door but it moved pretty quick. They had a great selection of flavors. I had coffee, dulce de leche, and island banana. These flavors actually mixed together quite well at least for me. I was also impressed by all the toppings to go on top of it. My favorite topping was the cookie dough bits. I didn't try the Cap'n Crunch or Lucky Charms on it, but I'm sure some kids would love that. I just love the idea of being able to make my own creation rather than tell someone else to do it for me. The price is not too bad. I love that I control the price with however much I get. I have only problem with this place. After paying, the cashier told me, "Have a smiley day." I don't ever want anyone to ever tell me to have a smiley day. I quickly got over it though when I started eating my frozen yogurt (I just can't get myself to type "froyo").

Since it seems the Yogurt bar stores are popping up like Starbucks once did there are bound to be some duds. This one is a dud. The toppings bar was limited, missing coconut, and the fresh fruit toppers bar looked about as fresh as me after 15 miles on a mountain bike. When there are 2 Yogurt shops on every block, there are bound to be better ones.

The yogurt was good... But the staff was awful and the restaurant was filthy. The garbage cans were overflowing as the staff played on their cell phone, played with their friends on the outside of the glass and generally neglected us except when we were paying!
